#2 Physical Condition. Being a truck driver is actually very physically demanding. You must have excellent hearing and vision, and be in good enough physical condition for a particular job that requires loading and unloading freight. You must have the ability to sit for long periods of time and adapt to changes in driving conditions.
#3 The Right Attitude. All new hires will need to pass a drug test, as driving under the influence is extremely dangerous, as well as illegal. Beyond staying sober, we like our team members to possess good communication with us and the customers, plus have solid customer service experience, and better-than-average judgment skills. This is a great job, and we want you to be happy doing it every day!
